Kylvera is a small store that sells research reports. We collect only what we need to run that store.

What we store

• Your email, and a name if you type one.
• Sign-in codes and session cookies so you stay signed in.
• Orders, credits, and which reports you bought.
• The report files we email you (PDF) and the report text in our database.
• Messages you send on the contact form.

Cookies

We use one httpOnly session cookie named kylvera_session so we know you are signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long

We keep your account, orders, and purchased reports so you can open them later. You can email support@kylvera.com to ask us to delete your account. We may keep records we need for refunds and abuse prevention.
