Refund Policy

A Kylvera report costs $3.99. Once we deliver a complete report to your account and email, the sale is final. You can re-open it any time from your account.

If we cannot finish the report

Sometimes a report comes back incomplete (missing desks or a failed run). We retry once automatically. If it is still incomplete, we:

  1. Do not deliver the report.
  2. Refund the $3.99 through PayPal (or put a credit back if you paid with a credit).
  3. Add three extra free report credits to your account.
  4. Email you to explain.

The three free credits are an extra make-good. They are not cash. They sit on your Kylvera account and can be used on a later report.

How to ask

Refunds for failed runs are automatic. If something looks wrong, email support@kylvera.com with ticker, date, and the email you used to sign in.
